Follow these steps to install and activate the ShipJunction Shopify integration:
1. Sign in to ShipJunction
Visit https://www.shipjunction.com/dashboard/ to sign in to your ShipJunction account.
Note: You don’t need a ShipJunction account to install the app. You can complete installation first and reach out to our sales team afterward if you'd prefer: sales@shipjunction.com
2. Install the App from Shopify
Go to https://apps.shopify.com/shipjunction and click Install.
You may be prompted to log in and select your Shopify store if you aren’t already logged in.
3. Review App Permissions
You’ll see a screen asking you to approve the ShipJunction app’s permissions. These are required to enable shipping integration.
Click Install to continue.
4. Review Subscription Details in ShipJunction (Production Stores Only)
Production Shopify stores require a ShipJunction subscription.
After approving the app permissions, you'll be redirected to ShipJunction.
Development and test Shopify stores qualify for free onboarding and will skip directly to the confirmation page shown in Step 6.
To continue, click Purchase the Shopify Integration.
5. Approve Subscription in Shopify (Production Stores Only)
Note: This step only applies to Production Shopify stores. Development and test stores skip directly from Step 3 to Step 6.
You’ll be redirected back to Shopify to confirm your subscription.
Provide your payment details and click Approve.
6. Confirm Activation in ShipJunction
After activation is complete, you'll be returned to ShipJunction and shown a confirmation page similar to the one below.
Your Shopify store is now connected to ShipJunction and ready to begin processing shipments.
